were founded.

Baobab Land Consultants was born from a simple frustration: too many Kenyans, at home and abroad, were losing money to opaque land deals, disputed titles and agents who disappeared after taking a deposit.

Our founders set out to build a consultancy that did things differently. Every listing pre-verified. Every fee disclosed upfront. Every client assigned a dedicated consultant who stays with them from first call to title deed in hand.

We named ourselves after the Baobab tree. Ancient, wide-rooted, unmovable. It is a symbol of permanence in the Kenyan landscape, and a reminder of what land ownership should feel like: solid ground beneath your feet, for generations to come.

Baobab Land Consultants opens.

Started with a small portfolio of verified plots in Kajiado County and a team of three. Our founding principle: no listing without a clean title search.
Year Two

First 100 title deeds delivered

Reached 100 completed sales and launched our structured payment plan programme, making land ownership accessible to clients on a wide range of incomes.
Year Three

Diaspora programme launched

Introduced our fully remote buying process for Kenyans abroad. Live video site visits, remote document signing and international payment acceptance introduced for the first time.
Year Four

Expansion to five counties

Extended our property portfolio to cover Nairobi Metro, Kajiado, Machakos, Nakuru and surrounding growth corridors as demand from both local and diaspora investors surged.
